Henty Service Clubs - Lions and RSL

Henty Lions Club

Henty Lions was chartered in November 1977 and is part of a world wide community service organisation.

Our Lions Mints program continues to help fund Lions Sight programs nationally. We support the Lions Youth of the Year program where year 11 and 12 students are able to demonstrate their academic and sporting achievements while also showcasing their public speaking skills.

The Lions Youth exchange program offers young adults the opportunity to experience other cultures with the security of being hosted by other Lions Clubs.
Henty Lions also promote a state wide Lions project  'White Balloon Day' highlighting child sexual abuse.
We are always looking for new ideas and more members. Is there something you see needs doing? Do you have the time? Can you help? Contact President Noel Stein. see below.
Lions members meet on the 2nd and 4thTuesday of the month at the  (Doodle Cooma Arms Hotel, Sladen Street)  at 6.30pm for 7pm.
